About this Recipe
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 3 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tbsp Chef Curt’s Seasoning/Rub
Mix all ingredients together.
Add marinate to your skinless cut filets or 1 whole side. Marinate for 1 hour.
Soak Chef Curt’s Cedar Plank for 10 minutes.
Set grill temperature to 350 – 400 and cook for 12-15 minutes per inch.
Place in oven proof pan, skin side down, or on Chef Curt’s Cedar Plank.
Cook 12-15 minutes @ 350 – 400 degrees.
