About this Recipe
- 1/2 lb Julienne Cut Bacon
- 1tbsp Fresh Chopped Garlic
- 1/2cup Diced Onion
- 1/4cup Diced Red Pepper
- 1/4cup Diced Green Pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs Fresh Spinach
- 1/3cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1/4tsp Pepper
Render down the julienne-cut bacon until crispy (keep fat) add the garlic, onion, peppers. Cook until soft; approximately 5 minutes.
Add spinach to cooked medley, with a pinch of salt and white pepper. Stir with until completely wilted 2-3 minutes.
Allow to cool and add mozzarella cheese.
